What the print says

At the heart of the illustration sits an upright green desert cactus with raised arms, sporting a wide yellow sombrero accented with red and green bands, along with a prominent brown mustache. Curved red and green chili peppers float through the air around the character, mingling with bright dots of scattered party confetti and flanked by twin golden wheat branches. Across the upper curve, the arched word “NACHO” appears in tall outline lettering, while a bright yellow banner underneath frames the word “AVERAGE” flanked by star icons. The title “CHIEF NURSE EXECUTIVE” finishes the base in vibrant green capital letters that match the healthcare profession theme. Together, these colorful fiesta elements create a joyful celebration of hospital nursing administration.
