Return & Refund Policy

Returns (30 days)

• You can return items within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
• To start a return, email us at support@shiftlifetees.com with your order number and the items you want to return. We reply with the return address and instructions; please do not send items back without contacting us first.
• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and free of signs of use. Misprinted or damaged items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you.

Misprinted, defective or damaged items

If your item arrives misprinted, defective or damaged, contact us at support@shiftlifetees.com within 30 days from the date your order is delivered and include a photo of the problem. We will send you a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we issue your refund within 10 days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement. If an order is canceled before it ships, we refund the full amount you paid.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Exchanges are welcome — just tell us what you would like instead when you contact us about your return.
