1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to every order placed through our online store “Shift Life Tees”. The store is operated by LVT COMMERCE LLC, 106 US Highway 16 E, Buffalo, WY 82834, United States (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these Terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

2. Our products

Our products are printed on demand: each item is produced for you after you place your order and shipped by our fulfillment partner. We show product photos and colors as accurately as we can, but colors on your screen and slight variations in print placement may differ from the finished item. Size information is available on each product page.

3. Placing an order

1. Choose your product, style, color and size and add it to your cart.
2. Review your cart and continue to checkout.
3. Enter your billing and shipping details and choose a payment method.
4. Before you submit, you see a summary of all items, the total price and the shipping costs, and you can correct any entry.
5. By clicking “Place order” you place a binding order for the items in your cart.

Right after you place your order we send you an order confirmation by email. A contract is formed when we send that confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item cannot be produced, in case of an obvious pricing error, or suspected fraud); if we do, we refund any amount you have paid in full.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars and are final prices: we do not currently collect sales tax, so no tax is added at checkout. Standard shipping is $5.99 per order. Orders with a merchandise total of $75 or more ship free. You can pay with:

• Credit or debit card (payments processed securely by Stripe)
• PayPal (you are redirected to PayPal to complete your payment)

Payment is due when you place your order. We do not store your full card details; payments are handled by the payment providers listed above.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship to addresses in the United States only. Delivery usually takes 5–12 business days after your order is placed. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is delivered. Details are in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and refunds

You can return items within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. Misprinted or damaged items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you. All details, including conditions and refund timing, are in our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All designs, text, graphics and images on this website belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Buying a product gives you the item itself, not the right to reproduce or sell the design.

8. Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting to interfere with its operation, accessing it by automated means without our permission, or placing fraudulent orders.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Except as expressly stated in these Terms and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided “as is”, and we disclaim implied warranties to the extent the law allows. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by the competent state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, unless the law of the state where you live requires otherwise.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
