Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is $5.99 per order. Orders with a merchandise total of $75 or more ship free. Shipping costs are shown in your cart and at checkout before you place your order.

All prices are shown in US dollars and are final prices: we do not currently collect sales tax, so no tax is added at checkout.

Delivery time

Every item is printed to order. Delivery usually takes 5–12 business days in total: 2–5 business days for production and processing, plus 3–7 business days in transit. Orders placed after 5:00 PM Eastern Time, on a weekend or on a holiday are processed starting the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages at no extra shipping cost. When your order ships, we send you an email with tracking information where available.

Delays

If we cannot ship your order within the time stated, we will let you know promptly, give you a revised shipping date, and offer you the choice to wait or cancel the order for a full refund.

Address and delivery issues

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at support@shiftlifetees.com and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Payment methods

• Credit or debit card (payments processed securely by Stripe)
• PayPal (you are redirected to PayPal to complete your payment)

Payment is due when you place your order. We do not offer cash on delivery.
