1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how LVT COMMERCE LLC (“we”, “us”), operator of the online store “Shift Life Tees”, collects, uses and shares personal information.

2. Information we collect

Identifiers and contact details: name, billing and shipping address, email address and, if you provide it, phone number.
Order information: items purchased, order amounts, order history and communications with us.
Payment information: handled by our payment processors; we receive only limited details such as the payment method and confirmation of payment.
Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, pages visited and date/time of access, collected in server logs and through cookies needed to run the store.

We collect this information directly from you when you place an order or contact us, and automatically when you use our website. We do not collect sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary to process payments, and we do not use it to infer characteristics about you.

3. How we use your information

to process, produce, ship and support your orders, including returns and refunds;
to send order confirmations, shipping updates and replies to your messages;
to operate, secure and improve our website and prevent fraud;
to comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the store, and only as needed for the purposes above:

Fulfillment: to produce and ship your order, we share your name, shipping address and the items ordered with our print-on-demand fulfillment partner Printify, Inc. (privacy policy: https://printify.com/privacy-policy/), which passes the shipping details to the carrier delivering your package.
Payment processing: card payments are processed by Stripe (privacy policy: https://stripe.com/privacy). Your card details go directly to Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card number.
PayPal: if you pay with PayPal, you are redirected to PayPal (privacy policy: https://www.paypal.com/us/legalhub/paypal/privacy-full), which receives the order amount, order number and the data needed for the payment.
Hosting and delivery: our website is delivered through Cloudflare, Inc. (privacy policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/) and hosted on servers of our hosting provider.
Email: order and service emails are sent through our email service provider.
Legal reasons: when required by law or to protect our rights, customers or others.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law. We have not done so in the past 12 months. We also treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal sent by your browser as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.

6. Cookies and analytics

Our store uses cookies that are strictly necessary to keep items in your cart and to complete checkout. Without them, ordering is not possible.

We do not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Data retention

We keep order and customer information for as long as needed to fulfill your order, handle returns, refunds and support requests, and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. Server logs are kept only for a short period for security purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

Know what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we use it and with whom we share it;
Delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions;
Correct inaccurate personal information;
Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (we do not sell or share it);
Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not use it beyond what is necessary to provide our services);
Non-discrimination: we will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

To make a request, email us at support@shiftlifetees.com. We will verify your request by matching the information you provide with our records (for example, your email address and an order number). You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may ask for proof that you gave the agent signed permission. We respond within 45 calendar days; if we need more time (up to another 45 days), we will let you know.

In the past 12 months we have collected the categories of personal information described in section 2 (identifiers, commercial information, and internet or other electronic network activity information) for the business purposes described in section 3, and disclosed them to the service providers described in section 4.

10. Privacy rights in other states

Residents of other states may have similar rights under their state's privacy laws. Whatever state you live in, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information using the contact details above, and we will respond in line with applicable law.

11. Children's privacy

Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
