The story in the artwork

Across the top of the illustration, a sweet parade lines up in festive gear. A friendly blue elephant wears a striped party cone, while a spotted cheetah cub blows a noisemaker beside a tall yellow giraffe carrying a gift box in its mouth. Nearby, a happy hippo wears a dotted party hat, and a smiling lion cub clutches a wrapped present amid floating balloons and star confetti. Below the animals, the words “BIRTHDAY PARTIES” display in retro pastel bubble lettering, followed by “every day” in cursive and “MOTHER BABY UNIT” in soft pink. This graphic honors the daily work of welcoming infants into hospital care.
